Beachbody has a plethora of classes. Their classes range from cardio, dance, yoga to strength training, from high intensity to low intensity. Some of the most notable classes are P90X, 21-Day Fix, Insanity, and many others. They even offer a 2-week trial of Beachbody On-Demand in which you can stream their classes on your phone, tablet, computer, or smart-TV.
Aaptiv is an app that will customize workouts for you to do at home. It offers you unlimited access to yoga, meditation, boxing, running, strength training, cycling, and others all paired to music genres of your choice. Aaptiv offers a free week trial, after which the app is $7/month. The app tailors your training to your specific goals and music preferences. You can even use the app to train for a 5K or 10K.
Many people have been using the Peloton app to get the Peloton experience. The Peloton app offers classes for cycling, yoga, meditation, strength, cardio, stretching, walking, and more. The app is about $13 per month. If you have a Peloton bike or treadmill the subscription is a little more expensive, but you get to compete in their leaderboard which can be incredibly motivating. With the app, you get the same live and on-demand classes led by motivating teachers. There are always new and fun topics for their classes.
Johnson & Johnson’s 7 Minute Workout
When you’re short on time, check out J&J’s 7-Minute Workout. J&J offers you the experience of a personal trainer offering guidance on form and pace.
