You don’t have to be a personal fitness trainer to help people stay in shape. Find your favorite online workouts and share them with a group in your community. There are several routines you can access for free. Here is a link to some online workout resources.
READ BOOKS TOGETHER
There’s no need to postpone your book club meeting. Get a group together and come to an agreement on a book you would all like to read. After finishing, host a virtual hang out and dish on the plot, characters, and alternative endings.
It turns out that laughter really is the best medicine. It is a quick and effective remedy that brings your mind and body back into balance. There are a host of benefits attributed to the exercise of laughter:
